Before purchasing our ski courses, please carefully read the following terms and conditions governing the use of the site and the purchase of the services offered.

1. Seller Information

2. Products and Services

The site offers ski courses and lessons, sold as services for leisure activities with specific dates or periods.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT (5% for ski lessons).
Payments can be made via [Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank transfer].

4. Booking and Confirmation

The purchase is considered completed only after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with the course details.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellations

The purchased courses fall into the category of services with a specific date or period; therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n of the Italian Consumer Code).
Any cancellations and refund requests will be handled only in the following cases:

Cancellation of the course by the organizer.
Cancellation by the participant, provided that notice is given at least 14 days before the course start date.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that coupons are non-refundable.

In the event that the ski area is closed due to force majeure and it is therefore impossible to carry out the JB Training, a coupon will be issued to allow the participant to reschedule and attend another JB Training session of their choice.

6. Use of Coupons from Exclusive Packages

Coupons obtained through the purchase of exclusive multi-course packages must be used by the same individual who made the purchase. Coupons cannot be shared, transferred, or resold to other individuals. Coupons must be used within one year from the date of purchase. Improper use of coupons may result in the cancellation of the coupon and denial of access to the courses.

Exception: if the coupons are purchased as gift vouchers, the full name of the recipient must be provided in the additional notes during the purchase.

After purchasing an exclusive package, within a few hours you will receive a personalized email with a PDF assigned to the individual customer, containing the coupons to be used to book the various JB Trainings.

7. Privacy

Personal data provided by the user during registration, purchase, or use of services will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with current data protection regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR).

Purpose of processing:
Collected data will be used exclusively to:

Manage orders and course bookings.
Provide customer support and assistance.
Send communications related to purchased services (e.g., confirmations, updates, changes).
Fulfill fiscal and accounting obligations required by law.

Processing methods:
Data processing is carried out using IT and manual tools, adopting all necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or unauthorized disclosure.

User rights:
Users have the right to access their personal data, request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and object to its use for direct marketing purposes. These rights can be exercised by sending a request to info@jacopobonacorsi.com.

Data retention:
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and will then be deleted or anonymized, except where a longer retention period is required by law.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Bergamo.

You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
